Updated Liturgical Schedule for the Nativity of the Lord

Dear Parishioners and Friends, 

 

Glory to Jesus Christ! 

 

I decided to update our Christmas schedule and cancel the 8 AM Divine Liturgy both on December 25, and Sunday, December 27. With our attendance last Sunday and parishes resuming outdoor Masses, I think we will not need to split up at this time. Here is our updated schedule for services this week): 

 

Thursday (Dec 24) – Eve of Nativity 

6:30 AM Royal Hours

3 PM Vespers with Liturgy of St. Basil 

9:30 PM Great Compline

 

Friday (Dec 25) – Nativity of Our Lord 

8:30 AM Confessions 

9 AM Canon of Matins 

9:30 AM Divine Liturgy 

 

Saturday (Dec 26) – Synaxis to the Theotokos 

9:30 AM Divine Liturgy 

 

Sunday (Dec 27) – Sunday after Nativity 

8:30 AM Confessions

9:30 AM Divine Liturgy
